I also captured pictures of one listed on the final 1973 Sandy's list which has no info on it - Manhattan, Kansas - the building is an existing modified fourth generation Sandy's! This Sandy's opened up as a Hardee's. It is not listed in the 1973 business directory, but is listed in the 1974 directory as Hardee's. It was originally slated for a Sandy's location, but opened after the switch in 73. It has been modified a bit, but you can tell it was probably a maxi location.
