Sandy's fan and Americana historian Robby Delius comes thru again! Presenting the first glimpse of a Sandy's in Arizona in over three and one-half decades!
Sandy's had many Arizona locations and had entered the state most likely by 1961 or 1962. This location was on 6th Ave, was found on the Flickr website and was posted by ricksoloway.

05/05/2008 ... Debra Jane Seltzer from the incredible agilitynut.com website provides this update .... Sorry to report that the former Tucson Sandy’s ( 2209 6th Ave ) has been remodeled yet again (see attached photo that I took last month).
